1. Videographer Doesn’t Capture Footage from an important Part of the Wedding. This includes important parts of the wedding such as vows, speeches, garter toss, etc.
Videographer will be deducted 75% of pay. If payment has already been made, videographer will be responsible for returning 75% of payment within 30 days.
2. Footage from 2nd Shooter is Shaky or Missing Sound.
Videographer will be deducted 75% of pay. If payment has already been made, videographer will be responsible for returning 75% of payment within 30 days.
3. Head Shooter Forgets to Record at 60 fps.
Videographer will be responsible for converting all of the footage to 60 fps using Twixtor Pro. If Videographer is unable to convert the footage, videographer will be deducted 25% of pay.
4. Videographer Misses the Wedding.
Videographer will be responsible for calling the bride and apologizing. Videographer will be responsible for reimbursing the total package price minus the cost of editing, DVDs, and the day rate for the videographer. Videographer may pay back the due balance in the form of filming future weddings.
5. Videographer Fails to Follow Directions on Submitting Wedding Footage According to the video Tutorial.
Payment will be delayed 30 days.
6. Videographer Submits on Wedding Report False Information (States that he/she got all of the money shots when he/she actually didn’t.)
Videographer will be deducted 50% payment.
7. Head Videographer looses any footage from wedding.
Videographer will be responsible for calling the bride and apologizing. Videographer will be deducted 100% pay. Videographer may pay back the due balance in the form of filming future weddings.
