Once you’ve decided on a package you can officially book your day by filling out our contract provided by our Studio Manager. No Deposit is Required at time of booking!

We do not require a deposit at time of booking. 50% of the balance is due before the wedding and the remaining 50% is due before the final product is delivered.

Payment is accepted via check, credit card, or Zelle direct deposit.

Your wedding will be filmed by one of our head videographers all of which are incredibly talented and personally trained in the D.P. Weddings style.

Your wedding will be edited by our small team of editors to further ensure the D.P. Wedding’s style and quality.

Regardless of the number of videographers shooting during any wedding, we only use footage from the head videographer for the highlight video. Because our head videographers are running around capturing artistic angles for the highlight video, certain events like the ceremony will not be captured in their entirety. We recommend having 2 videographers if you are interested in having the main events of the day captured in their entirety on a tripod.

After the wedding edit has been approved you will receive your raw footage via high definition digital download link. The download will be available for 3 months online.

The feature edit is a very basic documentary style edit made for those wanting to wanting to re-live their wedding day in it’s entirety. Here’s a link to a sample feature edit.

We ask clients to submit 3-4 upbeat climatic songs, if we feel that none of the songs work we’ll let you so that we can find one that does!

Our head videographers are constantly moving around getting artistic shots from different angles for the highlight video. They are not capturing the events all the way through. The second shooters (when present) are capturing all of the main events in their entirety from an objective angle on a tripod.

We can add audio from vows or toasts in your highlight video, however it would need to be specifically requested by you on our wedding detail form or if there is a moment that we feel would significantly add to the style, feel, and overall value of the video. Adding audio is not a staple part of our editing as most clients prefer to keep vows private.

Depending on the season it can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks for you to receive a highlight edit.

We can never guarantee the use of drone footage in a highlight due to uncontrollable factors that prohibit the use of drones (weather, safety, laws). We do ask that you confirm that drone is permitted by your venue and local laws before you book.
